A deposit of 500 euros required. Bills (electricity, gas, rubbish collection, internet) are extra, and shared among everyone. The house is strictly non smoking and no pets allowed. The house is located within a walking distance to many shops, 208 bus stop,etc. The room is located on the first floor. The bathroom is shared amongst 3 persons living on the same floor. Looking for a quiet, easy going, non smoking person, who is willing to share house chores. There are 5 females in the house, all working full time jobs, some do shift jobs,at the age of over 30s/40s.
