THE ROOM Single room available to rent in a 4-bedroom house. Furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. THE HOUSE You will be sharing the house with 3 other gay guys (mid 30’s). Each person has their own room. We are all working with different schedules, so the house usually has a quiet atmosphere as to respect each other’s need for rest and privacy. The house is furnished, has all the necessary appliances (including washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridges, microwave, and air fryer), and kitchen utensils as well. ABOUT YOU We are looking to share with a likeminded, respectful, easygoing, sociable, mature 30+ gay male. We don’t mind having friends over for dinner every now and then, but this is definitely not a party house. The goal here is to share the space with a friend, a friend of a friend, or someone that will become a friend. IMPORTANT INFO Rent is due on the first day of every month (to be paid 2~3 days in advance by bank transfer) Rent is €875/month + bills (electricity, internet, and bins - which is roughly €50/month per person). €750 security deposit to be paid upfront, and that will be returned to you upon moving out with 1 months’ notice required. An initial 3-month period - to make sure we all get along - might be considered, but we are striving to get the right fit from the start. The room is available from the 1st of November.
