The room available to rent is a single box room. The house is just a short walk from routes L25, E1, E2, 47, 84X, 7B, 7D and the bus to Wexford. Stillorgan shopping centre and the Asian supermarket are just around the corner as well. What does the room have: A single bed, a side table and a small closet inside the room. A big closet with shelves just outside the room and a study table in the room should you require it. The room is not ensuite. The bed has been raised and there is available storage beneath it. Additional shelving is also available with this room. This room also comes with storage on the landing for a dressing, etc. Tenancy Length: 1 Year + Rent: 725 euros Bills: Usually 75, goes up a bit in the winter Deposit: 550 euros Extras: 185 euro one-off fee to the Letting Agency to get an official lease compliant with RTB standards.
