It's a semi-detached bungalow in a very quiet estate in Blarney, 10 minutes walk down to Blarney village, Waterloo walkway and the 215 bus stop in Blarney village. Close to the N20, 10 minute drive to Blackpool and 20 minutes drive to Cork city. The house is owner occupied by myself, a 36 year old male who works from home. I live in a clean home and would like a tenant who is also clean and tidy. The house has one bathroom which will be shared. Parking available as the house has a driveway.
