Hi all, We have a double bedroom available for rent in a 3 bed apartment in Block A Smithfield Market (i.e. the apartments over the lighthouse cinema). Rent is 875 p.m. + 500 deposit (bills not included but are approx 70p.m. max) and it's available immediately until the end of August. The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms (so you would be sharing with two other people); 2 storage rooms; a main bathroom which you will share with 1 of the other tenants; a big living area; balcony off of the main living area; a concierge to accept packages / let you in late at night etc. And if you aren't familiar with the location, it's fantastic. The luas; several gyms; swimming pool; bars and restaurants; the Lighthouse Cinema etc. are all right on your doorstep. It's a really nice apartment to live in & LGBT friendly (obv). We're both in our mid-30s; easy going; like to get on with who we live with though also respectful of each others privacy.
