Hello, I'm leaving my en-suited room in a 3 bedrooms share located in Clancy Quay Cook Hall B (Islandbridge, Dublin 8) starting June 1st. The room has a double bed, many closets, (possibility to get my desk / desk chair if needed), a balcony with a view on Phoenix Park and a private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, you'll be sharing with 2 Irish lads in their late 20s / mid 30s. The rent is 1173 € / month , approx 13 € / month for Internet, and 50 € / month for electricity bill. Clancy Quay services include bike parking in the basement, free gym, reception for deliveries. We will organise viewings during the last week of April (27/04 to 01/05, preferably after working hours, 5PM to 7PM).
