You/yous will be sharing with a trans couple, Me and Cassandra. We're pretty chill and laid back. We play MTG, do movie nights and smoke some nights but strictly out on the balcony. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the Kilmacud Luas stop and there's a bus right outside that goes to Blackrock and another 10 minutes away that brings you into town. The room is pretty big with an ensuite shower and queen size bed with plenty of storage. The room is €1250 and bills are pretty low since it's new apartment and well insulated. The kitchen/Living room is big and open plan with a large kitchen Island, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Pressure cooker, Air fryer and Fridge of course. The sitting room is partly separated by a row of selves making it quite cosy with a large expandable dining table perfect for dinner parties and board games. We have There is a little study/office corner in the living room by the window. There is also a storage closet and a utility room for extra storage and appliances. We also have a lovely balcony with plenty of space. There is a gym, communal kitchen and cinema room in the apartment complex that you will have free access to. We have a rolling lease renewing every march and very much are planning on renewing the lease since we love this space.
