The apartment has a big open-plan kitchen and living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a full-width balcony. The building is very warm so heating bills stay low (around €60 per-per person every two months). Internet is €35 a month. The apartment is shared with just one other person who also has their own en-suite. Parking is available for €50 a month by contacting the building manager.
