You will have a modern room with Double bed and tv also a private ensuite. We are an easygoing couple who respect each other's space and keep noise to a minimum. You will have access to our kitchen/Living area (must be kept clean and tidy) Also a large, well-maintained back garden with grass, and a covered decking area perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening sunshine. All bills are included in the rent, making for an stress-free living experience. Free secure parking is also available inside electric gates with security cameras. References and deposit required.
