Boherlahan, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, Boherlahan, Co. Tipperary

Room available in a welcoming, owner-occupied home. I’m looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who will look after the house, keep shared spaces clean and be considerate of others. The house is strictly non-smoking, and no pets are permitted. As this is a shared household, children cannot be accommodated for overnight stays. For the right person, a long-term rental arrangement is available. If you’re interested, please send a message with a little information about yourself and when you would be looking to move in. Two references will be required and they will be contacted. Bills are split between all sharing. Monthly bills are typically as below per person: Bins - €20 Internet - €20 Electricity (includes heating) - ~€70 (lower in Summer)
