Ideally located close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), Tallaght Hospital and The Square Shopping Centre, with several bus routes (54A, 65, 77 & 77X) only minutes walk linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price. You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €135 (5 nights) / €170 per week (7 nights) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.
