Boskill,Caherconlish, Boher, Co. Limerick

All bills such as WiFi, bins, electricity, heating & water included. Beautiful brand new house with 1 lovely room. We are a hard working family. Looking for independent, quiet & tidy people. You have your own facilities in the room like big shower, walk in wardrobe, fridge, microwave and kettle. No access to main kitchen. The house has underfloor heating and can set your own temperature in your room. Blackout blinds. So we decided to rent few of the rooms in our house. Great WiFi. It is in a beautiful and quiet village with lots of shops around and lovely places to walk. We are 15 minutes to Limerick city by bus with a brilliant bus service or ideal if you have your own car.
