We currently have double rooms with a private bathroom available. Each room is for one only and includes a personal fridge. Room #1: is €260 per week with a deposit of €1,040, Room #2: is €280 per week with a deposit of €1,120. Room #3: We also have a fully renovated ensuite room with a larger ensuite bathroom, suitable for two people. It includes a personal fridge and is €300 per week, with a deposit of €1,200 per person. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom and fridge, and there is private storage space available in the kitchen. The house also has a separate utility room with a washer and dryer, and it has been newly renovated with fresh paint, new beds, new carpets, and a new kitchen. The house is very well located, with a bus stop directly in front of the property serving routes 40D, 40E, and 238. Tyrrelstown Village is just a 5-minute walk away, and SuperValu and Lidl are nearby. A new Tesco is also currently under construction. All rooms come fully furnished. What is included in the house are cleaning services, access to bins, and Vodafone business broadband internet (500MB). Electricity and gas are shared between housemates. The property is not owner-occupied. A minimum stay of 6 months applies (longer stays are welcome), a formal contract is provided, and rooms are available for immediate move-in.
