YOUR ROOM: On the ground floor is your bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable mattress as well as a wardrobe and a shelf. Of course you have the whole room for yourself. SURROUNDINGS: Tyrrelstown town centre has various shopping facilities such as Lidl, Super Value, Asian Restaurant, Fish and Chips, Cafe, Hairdresser, Schools, Pharmacy etc. BUS STOPS: There is a bus stop just in front of the house. The busses 40D and 40E connect Tyrrelstown with Dublin City Centre. The bus 238 takes you to the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. BILLS: Bills must be shared between flatmates. REQUIREMENTS: One month security deposit plus one month first rent payment upon moving into the house. References should be available. Participation in house cleaning is expected. RENTAL PERIOD is unlimited but can be shorter on demand of the tenant. PARTICIPANTS The house is occupied by five other working tenants, two men and two ladies, We are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly and responsible housemate. They should be a non-smoker. The landlady does not live in the property, it is fully rented out.
