We have two double rooms available in two large houses located at Boulevard, French Park, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, and in Cruise Park Drive, Dublin 15, D15. Double room #1: offers comfortable accommodation at a rate of €180 per week, with a deposit of €720. Double room #2: offers a spacious accommodation at a rate of €190 per week, with a deposit of €760. Both rooms are fully furnished with a double bed (suitable for one) and provide a bright and welcoming living space. Included in both properties are regular cleaning services and access to waste disposal facilities. Electricity is shared among housemates for ease and fairness. The house is not owner-occupied, giving you the freedom to make it feel like home. We offer flexible stay options with a minimum of 6 months (longer stays are welcome).
