Dublin Host Families are proud to offer 3 bedrooms in this fabulous property located only 4 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally located close to Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Donaghmede Shopping Centre, and only a short stroll to Howth Junction DART Stop and several bus routes linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond. Certain household bills are included (refuse, cable, wifi, water) - there would be a small contribution towards electric and gas The host will seek a small refundable security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 weeks rent) The rate for the single room is €170 per week and the rate for the double rooms are €190 per week and it is paid every week in advance.
