Room Available in Brickfield Square, Dublin 12 — End of May / Early June (Pet Friendly) Hi, I’m Pin (female), LGBT+ friendly, originally from Germany and working in tech in Dublin. I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to share my new home in Brickfield Square. The apartment is a brand new build and has never been lived in before. The available room is a bright south facing double room on the top floor (5th floor), with your own private bathroom and lots of natural light throughout the day. The building also includes: • Gym • Residents’ lounge • Co working space • Courtyard The location is really well connected, with the Luas Red Line about 10 minutes away, several bus routes nearby, and the Grand Canal cycle path right on the doorstep. Rialto village with its cafés, bakeries and local shops is also just around the corner, and the city centre is around 20 minutes by bike. A little bit about me: I’m clean, tidy, calm and easy going. Outside of work I enjoy sports, being outdoors and spending time with my dog. I really value having a warm, peaceful and comfortable home environment and would love to find someone who feels the same. I’m not looking for someone who just wants a room and bypassing as strangers in the hallway, but rather someone who enjoys a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home while still respecting each other’s independence and space. It would be lovely to occasionally share a dinner, watch Netflix together or just have a good chat from time to time. Ideally looking for someone who is: • Non smoker • Working professional • Clean and considerate • Relaxed, respectful and reliable • Very comfortable around dogs It’s not a party house but at the same time, the new housemate would need to be okay with having friends/partners over. I also have a lovely little toy poodle called Fluffy, who is very much part of the home. He’s 13 years old, very sweet natured and easy to be around.
