Before reading ad please note that room will only be rented to a tenant with a good reference that is provided and it's of high importance for tenant to be very clean and tidy with all communal areas (bathroom, living room, kitchen) and not just for the first few days but consistently as it's a shared apartment and also be respectful of neighbours and existing tenants. The Apartment is clean with spacious bedrooms and superb location right on the doorsteps of Lidl, AIB, Mace, Supervalu, Waterlillies Coffee Shop, The Tara Arms Bar and restaurant, Daltons Bar, Circle K, Spar, Applegreen and a great mechanic right outside your door which is very handy for dropping a car off and collecting later(no lifts here and there required) & much more. Carlow Town is only 12km away (13 min drive), Colleges nearby also. Currently 2 tenants living in apartment that are hardworking, clean and tidy but at the same time easy going and we are looking for the same with the 3rd tenant. €335 per month for the room excluding the bills. Bills are separate. They are generally low between 3 people, on average around €45-50 per person per month. Examples of bills can be shown upon viewing of apartment.
