It’s a quiet and mature street off the main Phibsboro road but the location cannot be beat as it’s just 10 mins walk to O’Connell St, Smithfield, Stoneybatter and Phibsboro itself. The property benefits from access to a shared Garden space at the rear along with a park and blessington street basin also being behind the house. Upstairs is the shared bathroom and living area along with 2 bedrooms. Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen. On street parking is available via DCC permit. You will be sharing with one other easy going, working male in his mid 30s. You’ll also be sharing the home occasionally with a cute little older dog so you must be comfortable with this.
