Please email and tell us a little about yourself and what you are studying and your college hours and routine. We are within walking distance to Trinity TU Grangegorman . Direct lusa to RSCI and bus route to UCD and DCU.O'Connell street would be a 10- 15 minute walk from the house. Rent includes: Breakfast- and evening meal and all bills. The bedroom is on the top floor and it is the only room on this floor so it is very private. It has it's own private toilet and sink. The share would be with myself and my 17 year old daughter and our non shedding dog!
