Hey! Double attic room to rent right next to The Lough, so lovely location on a quiet street. Three guys here at the moment, looking for a fourth (four bedrooms total). House interior and general atmosphere is clean and quiet and it's important for us to preserve this. We clean as we go/use and try not to make too much noise after 10PM. High speed fibre internet in place, parking in a driveway to the side of the house, all the usual amenities you'd expect etc. We're running this ad on behalf of our landlord who the housemate would meet at some point also.
