Short term let of 6 months to 1 or two years. 1) Monday to Friday: €450 (bills included in price) 2) 7 days a week: €500 + bills (about €80-100 a month). The room is spacious and has a large wardrobe, desk and single bed that pulls out into double. Close to bus stop with buses to city centre (15 minutes). There is a parking space available. Would suit short term let or longer term let (6 months to 2 years). You would be living with two females 20s/30s.
