Large, bright double room available for rent. The room features a king-sized bed, set of drawers, bedside locker, and a large built-in wardrobe. You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, back garden, and be the primary user of the main bathroom. You will be sharing with two others, both in our early 30s. The house is clean and quiet, A2 energy rated with an air-to-heat pump, and situated in a calm, quiet estate on the southside of Drogheda. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the heart of the town, and 25 minutes to Drogheda train station. There is a dedicated car parking space in the driveway if required. It’s only a 5 minute drive to the M1 and easily commutable to anywhere in north Dublin/east Meath/south Louth. The ideal housemate will be someone friendly, quiet and respectful, who is looking for a calm, comfortable place to live. No smoking or vaping. Must be ok with a very friendly cat that also thinks it lives here from time to time! Rent is €640 a month, and one month’s deposit is required before moving in. This will be fully refundable once the room & house are in the same condition whenever you leave. Bills to be split equally (bins & internet ~€20 per month, plus electricity which is variable). The room is available immediately but the move-in date and duration of time here can be flexible to accommodate the right person.
