I am looking to sublet a twin ensuite room in a city-centre apartment in Dublin 1, suitable for two tenants. The room is available immediately, but flexible start date can be arranged. This is an official sublease and you will sign a formal contract directly with the apartment management. The lease runs until mid-June 2026, and it can be extended afterwards. The room includes two single beds with mattresses and mattress protectors, two study desks and chairs with desk lamps, two full-size wardrobes, one additional storage unit, and a private ensuite bathroom. The apartment management will arrange professional cleaning before you move in. Heating and hot water are reliable, and there is plenty of storage space, including large cupboards in the hallway. You will share the kitchen and living room with one female flatmate, who is quiet, clean, and respectful. The kitchen is fully equipped (with stoves, extractor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, and cupboards) , the living room is spacious, bright, and includes a balcony. The apartment provides access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers on a pay-as-you-go basis. The building is managed by an on-site team, and repairs are free and handled promptly. The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Connolly Station, with access to the Luas Red Line, DART, and multiple bus routes. Trinity College Dublin is a 15-minute walk away, and there are several bus options as well. Within a 10-minute walking distance, you will find stores including SuperValu, Tesco, Lidl, and Dunnes. The rent is €862 per person per month, and bills are not included. Utilities are split automatically and typically cost around €40 per person per month (Energy Rating C1, with winter energy subsidies). As this is a commercial apartment, occupational information are not required by the landlord. All types of tenants are welcomed.
