Building has a shared garden area in the centre. Rent - 859.50 (before bills) Bills - internet paid monthly and electricity paid every second month. Deposit - one months rent Furniture - included is the bed, bedside locker, chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes (there is a spare chest of drawers in the storage room if you’d like it as I have my own) Location - on the bottom floor of the building there is a Fresh store, Insomnia coffee shop, Meadows and Byrne, hot yoga studio, pilates studio, gym, Camille Thai, Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, bank of Ireland, open late pharmacy, liquor store, cute coffee shop/bakery called Velvet. 5 minute walk away there is a Tesco, another pharmacy, mr price, dealz. 5 minute drive away there is a Lidl, McDonald’s, drive thru Costa coffee. 10 minute drive to Malahide and Portmarnock. 20 minute drive to Howth. Transport - 5 minute walk to bus stop. Lines 15, 42 and 43 go to town and there is a bus almost every 5/10 minutes. 24 hour bus to town (line 15).
