Beautifully furnished with all modern amenities. Excellent location on Malahide road with all bus routes to city centre, Dublin Airport, Malahide Castle, Malahide, Portmarnock and Swords. Also close to dart station. Local services include Clarehall Shopping Centre and cinema. Looking to rent for a year but open to extending the lease. There are two bills on top of the rent, Wifi which is 35euros a month and shared electricity bill bi-monthly. If you want a car space it's possible to rent. I'm a friendly, clean and hard working female and I'm looking to share my space with someone who is friendly, has a positive attitude and who enjoys living in a clean environment.
