The rental of this single room will be for 3 - 12 months but may be extended beyond if suitable to both parties. This is a quiet home therefore noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm. This is our home occupied by 2 adults (1 female and 1 male) and therefore is a quiet house and will only suit someone similar. Tenant will have full access to kitchen and will be given storage space in fridge/freezer and cupboard. Tenant can also have access to all cooking utensils e.g. saucepans, plates, cups, cutlery etc. However, if possible we would prefer in general if the kitchen is not used for cooking after 10pm. No visitors or overnight guests allowed. Not suitable for working remotely. Rent includes all utility bills e.g. heating/electricity/WIFI/bins. Agreed weekly laundry day. A deposit of 1 month's rent of €740 is required plus one month’s rent in advance and monthly in advance thereafter. All payments should be made by bank transfer to my bank (details will be given at time of booking). References required. Please note there is no storage space for tenant's own furniture, kitchen utensils or bike etc. Also please note electric bikes or electric scooters are not allowed due to fire risk. House is located in Clondalkin. The bus stop to the City Centre is just outside our estate. In Clondalkin Village a number of other bus routes are also available cross city. Clondalkin Village is just 10mins walk away where you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are Dunnes, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. Accessible by public transport is Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and The Square Shopping Centre. The room has plenty of storage space for clothes, books etc. Included in the room are the following: Unlimited WIFI Desk and Lamp Drawers Wardrobe Bedside Locker Mirror Shared spaces are a large kitchen and separate dining room, a guest WC downstairs and a shared main bathroom.
