You will be sharing with only one other person (owner, male, age 30), so it is a quiet and comfortable living environment. The house is located in a peaceful area, within a 10-minute walk to the Luas stop and Citywest Shopping Centre, with easy access to the N7, M50, and all major routes. Bills including internet, bins, heating, and electricity are included in the rent. One parking space is also available. This is strictly a one-person room. I am looking for a friendly, responsible, clean, and quiet individual who respects a calm living environment. Non-smokers only (including vaping). Rent is paid monthly, with one month’s rent required as a deposit. The first month’s rent is payable on the day of move-in.
