Great location, around a 12 minute walk to Eyre Square, 20 minute walk to NUIG (7 minute cycle), with plenty of bus routes nearby. The main bathroom is still available to everyone as normal, but day to day you’ll mostly have it to yourself. Weekend arrangement This is strictly a 5 day let. I keep the apartment for myself at weekends, and I may occasionally use the room for visitors. You can leave your belongings stored in the room during the weekend, no issue. If you ever need the odd weekend in Galway, that can usually be agreed in advance, as long as it suits both of us. Also, after the first 6 months, there’s a possibility it could switch to a full-time let, if it works out for both sides. What I’m looking for Clean, tidy, friendly, respectful person, big emphasis on keeping the kitchen clean after use. Just looking for someone sound who’ll treat the place with respect.
