Cahir, Co. Tipperary (4 km to Cahir) 3 bedroom house sharing with one female , Cahir, Co. Tipperary

Hi there, I’m a female looking for a someone to rent out one of the rooms in the 3 bedroom house that I live. The room is medium size, has a brand new amazingly comfortable mattress with bedside table and built in wardrobes. Access to a large shared bathroom which will be mainly yours. The house has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave and all mod cons and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a Seperate utility room for the washing machine and dryer. There is also a shared living room with leather sofas. To be suitable to move in, you must be a dog lover as I have a small well behaved terrier dog who sleeps in my bedroom at night. About me: I.work part time from home in my bedroom or home office. I work in marketing. Ideally looking for someone quiet, friendly , welll mannered and clean. The house is located in a quiet location with plenty of garden space and lots of nature around. It’s about 4km from Cahir so you would need a car to live here. Please reply by email with your phone number and a bit about yourself. Rent is €200 per week plus share of bills. Internet is included for free. So the main bill to split is electricity. Many thanks & let me know if you have any questions.
