We are looking for a flatmate for 6 months up to 1 year or more... [Only one "MALE" person is required! We also have private car parking downstairs! Camac Crescent is situated off Emmet Road on the banks of The Camac River allows for peaceful living and is close to the City Centre. There are regular bus services, which are G1, G2 (24 hours) & 13, either from here at Emmet Road or from the City Centre and 5 minutes walking distance to a LUAS Red Line stop at Suir Road. Virgin Media 1GB speed internet has been connected without TV channels. However, you can watch Netflix, Disney+ etc. It has been kept clean and well looked after by us all times, so everything is nice and clean, plus very spacious for Three people sharing & living here.
