The apartment is within walking distance of Dublin City Centre and many of the main office locations in Central Dublin, making it ideal a quick commute to the city. - Double bedroom - Gated residential estate - Convenient location close to the city centre - Bills are not included in the rent Who You'll Be Living With You'll be sharing with two Irish male in their early to mid-30s. We're two Irish laid-back, working in real estate and Finance who enjoy keeping the apartment tidy and comfortable. We like a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, whether that's heading out for a quiz, having a couple of drinks during the week or catching up over the weekend. The bathroom is shared with one other person, and we both make an effort to keep it clean and tidy. We're open to both male and female applicants. The room was previously occupied by an Irish female, and we're looking for someone who will be a good fit for the household. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a considerate, reliable housemate who: - Is in full-time employment. - Is tidy, respectful and happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean. - Is comfortable living in a relaxed, sociable shared apartment. - Can provide landlord or previous accommodation references. - Can provide employment confirmation and proof of ability to meet the rent. - Is ready to move in by the end of the month. ****Students are not being considered for this room.
