Quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, responsable non-smoking, nature loving person sought to share a fully furnished, newly decorated 3 bed semi-detached house in quite safe neighbour 4 minutes walking from the castle. The house is in an enclosed estate, surrounded by fields that flood during the winter months offering espectacular views of swams, ducks, otters and all sorts of playful wild life. During the summer the fields dry out and are used for grazing. Canal Walks unique location offers the advantages of its central location (all amenities are within walking distance) with a feeling of countryside living and beautiful wildlife walks nearby. It has easy, congestion free, access from exits 12 and 13 of the motorway. It is sited in the left bank, where the best restaurants in town are, close to the Dean Crowe theatre and Seans bar (arguably the oldest pub in the world). It is close to all amenities and bus lines and of easy access from the motorway, yet is is a very quiet private residential complex. The house is very clean, homely and very well maintained. It is our intention to keep it tidy and spotless. We offer a warm and bright single ensuit bedroom with a king size bed, a chest of 7 drawers, a 2 door wardrobe and selving space for 600 euro pcm. The room has its own private shower room. It has a large window from wich you can watch the sun set over the garden and surrounding country side. As part of the deal you´ll have excusive acces to your own private partking off the road -in our spacious house drive. Prices are based on long term occupancy (1 person per room for a year´s lease) and they do not include bills or house keeping chores, which are shared among all residents. Residents will never be more than 4 adults living in the house. We regret that parties, smoking, visitors or pets are not allowed in the property. Lease is paid monthly in advance pcm.
