Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a lovely comfortable bedroom in this fabulous property located only 4.5 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally situated close to Crumlin College, Pearse College, National Childrens Hospital, and only a minutes walk to several bus routes linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond (Routes 83 / 83A / 150 / S3 / 27). All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) There is a continental style breakfast included in the price. You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €215 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. This room would be available for 3 to 6 months (there is a possibility to extend further) Please e mail to check availability or to arrange a visit.
