A spacious double room is available in a clean, quiet house in Crumlin, Dublin 12, shared with 2 people working in the pharmaceutical industry and the public service (female, 29 and male, 35). We are a friendly bunch and love having the chats in the evening, and watching a movie/ tv show together :D The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and storage, and the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, comfortable living area, central heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On-street parking is also available. The house is located within walking distance of shops, cafés, Crumlin Village and has excellent bus links to the city centre. It’s also close to St. James’s Hospital, the Coombe, and Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital. We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing person to join the household.
