Sharing arrangements and house rules • The apartment is shared with one other occupant, who uses a separate bedroom and bathroom. • Shared areas should be cleaned after use and are intended for occasional use rather than all-day occupation. • No visitors, pets or parties. • Smoking and vaping are allowed only on the balcony with the door closed. • Alcohol is not permitted in indoor shared spaces. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • Major cooking, the washing machine and the dishwasher should not be used during quiet hours. • All utility bills and high-speed internet are included in the rent.
