Available to move on 1st of April. The room is good size with a chest of drawers and enough space for a desk. Also along with this room you get access to an ample walk-in wardrobe. Whole apartment is facing south side with a nice view over the park. Area offers Gulliver's Retail Park, Omni Shopping Centre, Lidl, Aldi, within 5 minute drive or 15 mins walk. Airport is 10 minutes by bus and city centre 25 minutes by bus (E1, 41, 41C, 33, 16, etc). The apartment is fitted with a gas central heating with a combi boiler also providing hot water. Apartment is very warm. Bills are not included: internet, gas & electricity shared equally among everyone. The 3 bedroom apartment will be shared with three other housemates, a couple and one male.
