Myself (36 year old gay man) and my pup, Rua (16 month old canine) are living in a 70m² house in Drimnagh. There's a queen room available now that I've finished most of the renovations. Rent would be €950 with bills on top. There's a big garden, which I'm hoping to start tackling next year. :) I often have family staying over, but I'll have a sofa bed set up in the office soon.
