Carrow Road, Dublin 12, Drimnagh, Dublin 12

Myself (37 year old gay man) and my pup, Rua (2 year old canine) are living in a 70m² house in Drimnagh. We're looking for someone friendly to join this LGBTQ household. There's a queen room available now that I've finished most of the renovations. Rent is €950 (including fiber internet, bins, TV licence), with electricity and gas bills on top (average €100 per month) There's a big garden, which I'm hoping to begin working on next year. I often have family staying over, but I have a sofa bed set up in the office and am open to other visitors staying (depending on the schedules). I also often host games nights, and enjoy a cheese board and chocolate in front of the fire and company/competitors is always welcome. :)
