Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house, fully furnished, gas heated. Nice backyard with BBQ. Lots of storage. Great location, 2 minute walk to the main street of Maynooth, on the Dunboyne Road. You'd be living with one professional male, in 40s, and most importantly a dog, he's a very friendly Golden Retriever, but if you don't love dogs this place is not for you. I'm pretty easy going, and don't mind who I live with once you're drama free and respectful. The room available has a double bed and lots of closet space, with a private bathroom with bath/shower. Comes with private box room that can be used for extra storage. Both rooms are quiet, facing the back of the house. Utilities are not included and are split evenly. Available from March 1st. I will be showing the house by APPOINTMENT ONLY this Thursday-Saturday (19th-21st). Email for more information or with any questions or to organise a time to view. Short-term stay is okay.
