Long Term Master Bedroom Available in Spacious 3-Bedroom House – Laughanstown/Cherrywood Single applicants only and no pets (one of the other tenants is very allergic). I’m looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in a lovely 3-bedroom house. Visits starting early March and move-in date is flexible, but the letting agency will need to process the new tenant, which takes about 2 weeks. Location: Laughanstown/Cherrywood Room: Spacious master bedroom with plenty of natural light and storage space and a really nice bathroom (not shared with other tenants). It comes with the bed, bedside tables and lamps and mirror, all the other pieces of furniture are mine and can be either left for you or removed when I move out. Walking distance: - 15-minute walk to Tesco Express & Zambrero - 20-minute walk to Ben Dunne Gym & Starbucks - 5-minute walk to the Laughanstown Luas Stop (Green Line) The house: - First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom shared by the other 2 housemates - Ground floor: large, fully equipped kitchen, separate living room and laundry room with washer and dryer, 1 guest bathroom, garden - Plenty of storage space - Plenty of free parking spots - All kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven) + everything needed to eat and cook Rent: €1,311/month Internet: €23/month Electricity: Top-up system, split monthly between the 3 of us.
