The house is in a quiet, safe private estate very close to Mahon Point, Tesco, Omniplex, Mahon Greenway, Blackrock Castle, City Gate and multiple bus stops with 4 bus routes that serve the city centre frequently. There is a free designated parking space outside the house as the current tenat does not drive. Each tenant has their own bathroom and there is a small bathroom downstairs aswell. Sharing with one woman in late 20s who works full time and studies and is a very nice, clean and respectful housemate. Looking for the same, women only and only one tenant. (Having friends/partners over is totally fine within reason). The rent will be paid on the 1st of every month going forward except for the first month as we need someone in by the 8th of October (please don't contact if you can't move in by then) so it would be just 3 weeks of the rent for this first month.
