I have a large, very friendly Golden Retriever who is a much-loved member of the house. He is friendly and affectionate so this home would suit someone who is comfortable and happy living with a large dog. About the living arrangement: I’m looking for someone who is independent, respectful and easy-going. Because of my work and my own busy life, I’m often out of the house and I’m very conscious that a lodger should have plenty of space, privacy and time to themselves. Equally, I value having some privacy and downtime myself, so this arrangement would suit someone who has their own routine, work, social life and interests outside the house.
