Castletreasure, Douglas, Cork, Ballinrea, Co. Cork

The house is a new build with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We have an air-to-heat system in the attic and it has an A0 rating for energy. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area and a separate living room/office space. Although we are a 15 minute walk to the scairt cross 207 bus stop, a car is essential as the road is dangerous. We are a family of three: couple in our mid-thirties and a 10 month old baby. We ask that any potential tenants have a genuine good regard for babies/children and don't feel put out by this arrangement. The baby does not make noise overnight but does wake at 6/7am, and there would be noise at this time. The tenant's bedroom has a new double bed and mattress and access next door to the main bathroom, which has constant hot water. I am currently on a career break so I am here a lot during the day. We are an easygoing couple and would hope that our home is welcoming and comfortable for you.
