You’ll be sharing with four easygoing, respectful housemates (20s–30s). The bathroom is newly done and shared with just one other female. Everything you need is within a few minutes’ walk including shops, supermarkets, cafés and bus stops. The UL bus stops about 3 minutes away and takes roughly 15 minutes. Rent includes all bills: electricity, gas heating, high-speed 1000MB WiFi, refuse collection, and a weekly cleaner for shared areas. The house itself is well kept and fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, along with plenty of fridge and freezer space. There’s also a small backyard with a covered clothesline and secure gated access to the property. €560 per month with no additional bills. One month deposit required.
