MALE ONLY - We are seeking a housemate for a large spacious 5 bed, 3 story stunning like new house in cedarview in Northwood, which includes cleaning and gardening services included in the rent. Utilities bills will be shared among tenants. The house is conveniently located, with several shops just a 5-minute walk away: - Lidl - Mr Price - McDonald's - Spar - Costa Café - Pharmacy It is a 10-minute drive to the airport, and there are bus routes to town (numbers E1, 4,13, 16, 27, 40, 41, 41c, 33, 155) that take approximately 45 minutes. This room is available for 6 months, We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and clean individual who is social but does not engage in frequent partying.
