Chapelgate, Drumcondra, Co. Dublin

We have a double room available in large, modern house in Drumcondra from July 17th 2026. A 5 minute walk from the train station, and the 1, 11, 13,16 & 41 bus routes. Approximately 10 minutes to O'Connell street on the bus, and about 20 minutes walking. The available bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe and is on the 1st floor of the property. The main bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants. The sitting room and kitchen are both a great size, and very comfortable. Please note there is no parking space available with the room. The bills are seperate and are divided up between tenants when they come in. There are 5 bedrooms in the house altogether and the other tenants are 3 girls and 1 guy in their early to mid thirties. We are all friendly and sociable, we enjoy having tea/chats in the evenings but also content to do our own thing. We'll hopefully hold viewings within the next week.
