The house itself is located within an inner courtyard, giving it an extra level of discreteness and calm. The room available is within a shared house with 3 essionals, with a very generous kitchen, separate living room, and private rear garden which also has outdoor seating for the warmer days & evenings. The house is fully furnished and is always kept in a very good condition and immaculately clean. The available 1st floor bedroom will share a common bathroom with one other, located off the same landing. There is no available car parking with the room, so separate arrangements must be made by yourself. The price is excluding bills, which are paid monthly and shared between housemates. The current residents reside here for some time and wish to stress that the house is to be kept in excellent condition, with daily & weekly cleaning of all common spaces. As it is a shared house, there must be a mutual respect for others. The ideal housemate will be clean, tidy, respect of others, and able to live in a comfortable shared environment. There is a non-smoking policy.
