We have a small double room available in large, modern house in Drumcondra. A 5 minute walk from the train station, and several bus routes. Approximately 10 minutes to O'Connell street on the bus, and about 20 minutes walking. The available bedroom is a small room with a double bed on the 2nd floor. The sitting room and kitchen are both a great size, and really modern and comfortable. Please note there is no parking available with the room! The bills are about €80-€100 euro a month. The house is in a gated complex, so very safe. The rent for the room is €520 and the deposit is €500. The other tenants are all in our mid-30's.
