Private double room to rent in Chapelizod village. Clean & bright room with a double bed and large wardrobe. Lovely location close to the Phoenix Park, Memorial Gardens, plenty of cafés and shops, and a 3 minute walk to a bus stop (serviced by the number 80 bus). Looking for 1 individual to rent the room. Sharing the house with 3 others, bathroom shared with 1 other. House is spacious, bright and warm. Kitchen has all mod-cons. Looking for someone quiet and clean and generally sound, who is respectful of shared spaces. We are all in our late 20s, working full-time, easygoing and appreciative of a comfortable home environment. Non-smoking house and no pets. Rent is €750 a month and a €750 deposit is required when moving in. Rent does not include bills (wifi, electricity, gas). Bins are free. If previous landlord reference is available, please feel free to share. Room is available to move in from the start of November for 5 months. Please send me a message with some details about yourself and your current situation etc. I can then arrange a brief phone call to sort a viewing. No calls please, just a message. Thanks!
